Laura Powroznik is an associate in G-Force Group and specializes in real estate, mortgage brokering and insolvency matters. After obtaining a BEd degree at the University of Alberta, Laura joined Starbucks and entered the management trainee program. Later she obtained her Sub-Mortgage Broker Licence and Strata Management Licence through the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia in 2007. Laura gained market research experience in real estate while working on the Greater Vancouver Condominium Market Review with PricewaterhouseCoopers Real Estate Inc. in 2006 and 2007 and general market research experience at TeraSpan in 2005. She has extensive experience negotiating residential mortgages for clients with Dominion Lending Centres (DLC), and working as an Office Manager for a top mortgage broker at DLC.
