Kitson Swann, B. Com., is a Consultant with G-Force Group. He graduated from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia in 2008 with a Bachelor of Commerce, specializing in real estate. Kitson gained real estate advisory & transactions experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers Real Estate Inc. and in real estate development with the Equitas Group of Companies during his time in the Real Estate Co-op program at Sauder. Since graduation, Kitson obtained residential real estate appraisal experience with WesTech Appraisal Services and also performed research on the Canadian housing market for a research project with Dr. Tsur Somerville at Sauder. Kitson also has experience in all aspects of single family residential construction.
Kitson performs market research and analysis, as well as project specific research, due diligence and financial analysis. He is also a licensed sales representative in British Columbia with the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver and assists with transactions of real estate assets for G-Force Real Estate Inc. In addition to real estate related work, Kitson also consults with G-Force Group on its IT infrastructure, and designs technology-based applications for G-Force’s professional assignments.
