Donald Redden is a Senior Consultant with G-Force Group and has over 26 years’ experience in development and construction. Don has worked with private investors, pension funds and crown corporations to create projects that work from an economic, social and environmental perspective. Don’s approach is to provide the client with total project oversight including project definition, feasibility analysis, development strategy, design in-put, and marketing coordination along with financial analysis and reporting while directing the builder and consultant team through to final occupancy.
Don looks for opportunities to create new land uses that can enhance value of the underlying real estate. With a specialty in high-rise residential and commercial development Don understands the bottom line connection between market price and development cost. In all cases, the developments are designed to “age well” to the benefit of the developer, future owners and community. Don is also President of Redden Development Ltd., based in Vancouver.
