G. Powroznik Group Inc. of G-Force Group, Receiver-Manager of Streetlight Intelligence Inc. and Streetlight Intelligence International Ltd.. (collectively the "Company") is pleased to announce that on November 15, 2011, the Supreme Court of British Columbia approved an order for the sale of the Company's assets to LED Roadway Lighting Ltd.
