Sunrise Ridge Waterfront Lodge is located in Parksville, BC on Vancouver Island, two hours north of Victoria. The resort has 43 strata-titled resort condominimum units in four buildings, with 68% of the eighth, quarter and whole fractions in these units sold. The Offering for Sale includes +/- 5.64 acres of land with a development permit for another 112 resort condominimum units; the existing unsold fractions and a commercial strata lot used for resort operations; other sundry assets; and, management contracts.
