G-Force Group was founded by its Managing Director, Gary Powroznik. The G-Force Group team is drawn from Gary's professional and industry network. Their specialties in business, management, various industries, restructurings and workouts are utilized to assist clients to maximize the recoveries from their businesses, real estate and loans.
Twenty-seven years as a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers (including 13 as Managing Partner for the British Columbia Region) provided Gary with a sound foundation in professional client service. Combined with his extensive entrepreneurial and restructuring experience, Gary possesses a rare combination of talent and insight to effectively diagnose problems and support management, investors and lenders with the business challenges they face.
His experience in developing and managing professional and industry practices (including a large insolvency and restructuring practice) has made Gary an industry leader with the proven experience clients need to help them deal with today’s challenges.
Early in his career, Gary built an impressive track record working on cases that allowed him to integrate his business and industry experience with professional expertise. His progressive approach, analytical and diagnostic capabilities have helped owners and lenders maximize the value of their businesses, assets and loan collateral. Gary looks at every project through an entrepreneurial lens. This allows him to take a balanced view of the case and its challenges, risks and opportunities, and design a suitable action-oriented solution.
