• The Trustee is currently collecting "Proofs of claim" from creditors, including former employees of the Traveller's Inn - Downtown Hotel at 1850 Douglas Street, Victoria, BC.  If you are a former hotel employee and believe you are entitled to a wage claim, please see the following link to check your eligibliity under the Federal Wage Earners Protection Program.
• On June 9, 2010, T.S. Kwon Holdings Ltd. (the "Debtor") was adjudged bankrupt by the Supreme Court of British Columbia with G. Powroznik Group Inc. of G-Force Group appointed Trustee of the estate of the debtor.  Pursuant to section 39 of the Law and Equity Act, R.S.B.C. 1996 c.253, as amended, a receiving order was also issued against T.S. Kwon Holdings Ltd. on this day, with G. Powroznik Group Inc. of G-Force Group appointed as Receiver and Manager.
• The April 22, 2010 Interim Receivership appointment has ceased effective the date of bankruptcy (June 9, 2010).
• On April 22, 2010, pursuant to sections 46(1) and 47(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, G. Powroznik Group Inc. of G-Force Group was appointed Interim Receiver (the “Receiver”) by the Supreme Court of B.C. of all the current and future assets, undertakings and properties of every nature and kind whatsoever, and wherever situate, including all proceeds thereof (collectively, the “Property”), of T.S. Kwon Holdings Ltd.
