Proposal Information

• On November 4, 2010, the Supreme Court of B.C. granted an Order discharging G. Powroznik Group Inc. as Trustee of the Proposal.  All pertinent documents have been filed by the Trustee with the OSB and there will be no further updates on this matter.
• The Trustee has had its accounts taxed by the OSB and the Court and awaits its final discharge in this matter.
• On August 31, 2009 the Trustee paid the final dividend to all creditors with proven claims in the Proposal.
• On July 22, 2009 the Trustee sent via registered mail a Notice Requiring Person to Prove Claim to the remaining creditors of the Company who have not yet filed their claims in this matter.  The Notice informs creditors that claims must be received by the Trustee by August 21, 2009 (30 days from the date of mailing) in order for them to participate in the final dividend of the Proposal.
• On July 21, 2009 an Order Approving the Proposal was signed by the Court
• On June 25, 2009 the Proposal was approved by the Company’s creditors in the Meeting of Creditors
• On June 12, 2009 the Trustee sent statutory documents including a Notice of the Proposal to all known and contingent creditors of the Company
• On June 10, 2009 the Company filed a Division I Proposal under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act with the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy (“OSB”). G.Powroznik Group Inc. is acting as Trustee
