Bankruptcy Information

• The Trustee has received its discharge in this matter (Court Order is posted below).  No further updates will be made to this page.
• The Court has approved the Trustee's Final Statement of Receipts and Disbursements and the Trustee is currently in the process of making an application to Court for discharge.
• The first meeting of creditors was held in Vancouver, B.C. on February 3, 2010 at 10:00am at the office of G. Powroznik Group Inc.  No inspectors were appointed in this matter.  Trustee's "Report to Creditors on Preliminary Administration" was provided and has been included below under Bankruptcy Documents.
• On January 18, 2010, G. Powroznik Group Inc. sent statutory documents including a Notice of Bankruptcy to all known creditors of the Debtor.
• On January 11, 2010, Pan Pacific Equipment Ltd. (“the Debtor”) was adjudged bankrupt and a bankruptcy order was made against the Debtor in the Supreme Court of British Columbia (the “Court”).  On that same date, G. Powroznik Group Inc. was appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy of the Debtor’s estate by order of the Court.
