Receivership Information

Status of file (last updated October 7, 2011)
  • As of March 1, 2011, the Receiver has transitioned operations of the Motel to the Purchaser and the Receiver is no longer operating the property.  The Receiver will now work to finalize the receivership and expects to receive its discharge later in the year.
  • The Receiver has received Court approval for a sale of the Traveller's Inn - Central to 0887940 B.C. Ltd.(the "Purchaser"). The sale is scheduled to close on February 28, 2011.
  • On September 1, 2009, G. Powroznik Group Inc. of G-Force Group was appointed as the Receiver-Manager of Central Manor Holdings Ltd. and all the assets, properties, and proceeds thereof, including Traveller’s Inn – Central at 2898 Douglas Street, Victoria, BC by the Supreme Court of British Columbia under Section 39 of the Law and Equity Act.
